  Weber’s known for its best-in-the-backyard grills, and it dominated our gas grills review.   Frankly, I can’t believe this immersion circulator (a.k.a. sous vide machine) is discounted so steeply. It’s an incredible buy, and it’s the immersion circulator I use at home. The app is great, but I usually use the onboard display, which is intuitive and helpful. It heats up a water bath fast.

  A Lightning-Fast Vacuum Sealer: Anova Culinary Precision Vacuum Sealer Pro

  I significantly reduced food waste once I started using a vacuum sealer to preserve ingredients, like fresh produce and meat. These tools are also very handy if you use a sous vide machine, because they create a tight seal that won’t let in water. Did I mention they’re also excellent for infusing marinades?
